Ordering your item

When you order an item, within a few minutes you will receive a confirmation per mail. (remember to check the spam filter)

Cancellation of your item

You can always cancel your item as long as it has not been shipped.


All prices are stated in EUR and do not include VAT. The goods are sold under the used VAT scheme.

Payment accepts payment cards, mobilepay & Anyday on the site, other agreements can be made by contacting customer service. All payments on the site are secured and encrypted. The payment will not be withdrawn from your account until your order has been dispatched. We do not charge card fees.

When paying with Anyday, we withdraw the first payment when the item is dispatched. You then pay a monthly benefit on the last working day of the next three months. This benefit depends on your order total and payment plan. If you pay all installments on time, there is zero interest and fees. If you return your purchase, your agreement with Anyday will automatically end. Read more about terms for use of Anyday here:


There is always free delivery to parcel shops.

Delivery can take up to 7 days, and the item is sent by PostNord. For express orders, please contact us directly.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means that you have 30 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.


Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.

You must pay for the package to be returned yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.

The condition of the item when you send it back

If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean you can only get back the shipping costs.

We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 30 days from the day on which we has received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.

We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

Right of complaint

The Purchase Act's defect rules may apply to goods purchases. When you shop with us as a consumer, you have a 2-year right to complain. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour. You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the lack of the item. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely. To minimize the risk of misunderstandings, we do not receive and assess complaints by telephone. We initially assess, via forwarded images and/or videos, that the item must be returned to us, this means that we need to inspect the product at the workshop. This does NOT mean that the complaint is justified. When an item must be sent to us as a complaint, it must be done via our complaint form, which we send in individual cases. It is important that the complaint form is filled in thoroughly, and always with the order number and description of the problem. We do not accept packages sent to us without our consent and which have not been sent through our return link, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Changes to Terms can change our trading conditions at any time. As a customer, you will be notified of this if it has an impact on your business with us.

Personal data policy

We need the following information when you shop with us:

We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you.

The personal information is registered with LUXUU ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.
