I'm looking for a specific bag that you don't have, can you deliver it to my home?
Yes! If you have a specific vintage bag you are looking for, contact us at last. We can buy almost all bags from major brands and can give a price immediately.

How can you sell them so cheap?
We are a smaller webshop that does not have a physical store, so we have lower costs and do not need to make a lot of money on each bag. All the bags are used but are in very good condition, so you often cannot see they are used.

Where did you get the bags from?
All our bags are purchased directly from the manufacturer or from authorized dealers. You can therefore ensure that you always get a 100% original and verified bag.

Shopping in my bag?
We do not buy bags from private individuals, in order to maintain a high quality level and to ensure authenticity.

How long is the delivery time?
If you order before 2pm, the package will be dispatched the same day. We send with PostNord, so you will have it within 1-2 days. Read more about delivery and returns here

I have regretted my purchase, what should I do?
If you are not satisfied with your item, you can return it free of charge within 30 days of receipt. There is a prepaid return label attached to the box, which must be attached to the box and handed in to PostNord (Always remember to get a receipt when handing in). If you wish to return, the bag must not be used and all parts must be sent with it.

What condition are the bags in?
The condition of the bags varies between "Good" and "Like New". This means that the bag will never be broken, but in some cases you can see that it has been used before. There are always pictures of the specific bag on the product pages, and you can request more pictures by clicking the "I want to see more pictures" button. Is the original bag included?
If anything else is included, it will always be in the product description.
